At Upspell LLC, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, largely depending on the nature of the service and the stage of the project. To uphold our commitment towards our customers, we have implemented a refund policy to address situations where clients may encounter unsatisfactory circumstances.
Outlined below are the specific circumstances under which we will consider issuing a refund:
1.0 SEO Services
SEO is a dynamic, ongoing process that requires long-term strategies. Upspell LLC strives to deliver measurable results, such as improved search engine rankings and increased traffic.
However, these outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as changes in search engine algorithms or competitor activities. As such, refunds for SEO services will only be considered under the following circumstances:
1.1 No Work Initiated
If you decide to cancel our SEO service before any work or research has begun, a full refund will be issued. To initiate the cancellation, you must contact Upspell LLC and provide your reasoning within three working days.

1.2 Project Delay
If there is a significant delay in project initiation or delivery on our part (or due to external, non-client-related factors), you may request a partial or full refund depending on the stage of the project.
Please note that any third-party software or tools used in your project may involve expenses from our side. We cannot refund costs incurred for these tools or investments already made.
1.3 No Refunds for Completed Milestones
SEO is a multifaceted and iterative process. Each milestone represents significant work that requires time, expertise, and resources. The resources invested in completing each milestone include time spent on research, analysis, and the creation of deliverables.
Once specific SEO milestones, such as audits, keyword research, or content optimization, have been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued for that portion of the work.
1.4 No Result-Based Refunds for SEO
Search engine optimization is not a one-time task but an ongoing process that evolves continuously. Search engines like Google frequently update their algorithms, which can significantly impact how websites rank for specific keywords.
These updates can lead to fluctuations in rankings and traffic that are beyond anyone's control, making it impossible to guarantee specific outcomes. Due to the uncertain nature of search engine algorithms and other external market factors, we cannot offer result-based refunds for SEO services.
2.0 Graphic Design Services
Graphic design is a creative process, and we collaborate closely with our clients to ensure the final product meets their expectations. Refunds for graphic design services will be considered only under the following conditions:
2.1 Initial Concept Disapproval
If the client is dissatisfied with the initial design concept and no revisions have been requested or made, a refund may be granted. This applies only if the design process has not progressed beyond the initial stage.
2.2 No Refunds After Revisions
Once revisions have been requested and incorporated into the design, no refunds will be issued, as the request for revisions indicates client engagement and approval of the design direction.
2.3 Design Approval
Once the client approves the final design, no refunds will be issued. Approval signifies the project's completion and the client's acceptance of the work.
3.0 Other Digital Marketing Services
For additional digital marketing services, such as social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, or content creation, refunds will be considered based on the following guidelines:
3.1 Project Not Started
At Upspell LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and clients might need to cancel a service they have contracted. Our policy regarding cancellations is straightforward and aims to maintain transparency and fairness.
If the client cancels the service before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued. For your refund, the clients need to contact Upspell LLC within three working days. For more information contact us.
3.2 Partial Completion
If a client decides to cancel the project after work has started but before the project is fully completed, they may be entitled to a pro-rata refund. This refund is calculated based on the portion of the work that has not yet been delivered or completed.
This policy aims to ensure that clients do not bear the full financial burden for work they have chosen to discontinue. Therefore, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any undelivered work, provided the client cancels the service before the full completion of the project.
3.3 Completed Deliverables
Once specific deliverables (e.g., social media posts, ad campaigns, email content) have been created and delivered, no refunds will be granted for those completed items.
4.0 Non-Refundable Payments
- Completed Work: Any work that has been completed and delivered to the client is non-refundable.
- Revisions: Payments made for revisions or additional services beyond the original project scope are non-refundable.
- Client Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary content, approvals, or communication.
5.0 Requesting a Refund

- Any supporting documentation, such as project milestones or communication records.
6.0 Refund Processing
Upspell LLC has a straightforward refund policy that is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Upon receiving a refund request, our customer service team will review your situation. To maintain transparency, Upspell may arrange a meeting to discuss the reason for the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and issued using the original payment method.
7.0 Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
